- Cape Grim Scotch Fillet (250g, sous vide with garlic, thyme & butter)
- Rosemary roasted potatoes
- Dutch carrots
- Broccolini
- Garlic herb compound butter (butter, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, sea salt)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Roast potatoes for 10 mins or until golden.
- Heat pan with oil on high. Sear steak 2–3 mins per side for medium-rare.
- Microwave vegetables (in pouch) for 1–2 mins.
- Plate and top steak with compound butter. Let melt. Enjoy.
